Phil Latimer employed as first Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Manager
To further reinforce the company ethos of continual improvement, Phil Latimer was employed by the company in Jan 2009 as our first Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Manager.
We have already achieved accreditation to ISO 9001 (Quality) in 1997 and ISO 14001 (Environmental) in 2003 and Phil will be leading our latest initiative to introduce an Integrated Management System that incorporates both the above and OSHAS 18001 (Health and Safety) into one seamless management system. Our plan is to have the total system accredited by ISOQAR by the end of the year.
Among Phil`s other duties will be regular site audits on all sites to further strengthen our commitment to ensuring all contracts are carried out as safely as possible and our environmental performance on site is monitored.
